Rule # Rules specific to the Fall Ball League
Connie Mack Organizations: $400. This fee includes game baseballs and umpire fees. 1 Games are a maximum of 2 1/4 hours - WHEN  there is a following game on the same field. In these instances, no 1/2 inning can begin  after 2 hours into the game.    
Non-Connie Mack Organizations: $475. This fee includes game baseballs and umpire fees. Rule #1 MUST be followed. There are many instances of multiple games on one field
2 If there is no game after yours, the maximum length of a game is 3 hours. (This assumes that a team is not leading by 10 runs - see rule 12.)

4 There is no end of the season tournament.
5 Teams have the OPTION of batting all players present.
6 The free substitution is optional - players may move in and out of positions at the choice of the manager. However they cannot change batting positions during the game. The manager of a team using the free substitution rule must declare this before the ga
7 There are no restrictions on players playing on more than one team during Fall Ball.
8 A representative of each Organization that is providing the use of a field is responsible for calling the UMPIRE-IN-CHIEF  one (1) hour before game time to cancel the game due to inclement weather / wet fields.
9  If both coaches decide to change the starting time of the game, and the field is available for the new starting time, one of the coaches MUST call the Umpire-in-Chief with the change of starting time. Any postponment due to weather must be reported to Jo
10 It is the responsibility of each team manager to check their schedule for accuracy.
11 The 10 Run Rule is to be used after 4 1/2 or 5 full innings. (4 1/2 if the home team is winning)
12  'C' League Teams cannot have more than FOUR (4) 14 year old players on the roster or on the field.
14 year olds cannot pitch in the C League
13 You do NOT need 9 players to play the game. It is recommended that you have at least 8 players to start the game.
14  Because some teams do not have their own field, there are instances where a team will play less or more than 6 games at their home field. Also there is the possibility some teams will have the "last at bat" (home team) in 5or 7 games instead of 6.
15 Each team is scheduled for 12 games. This does not guarantee 6 games at your home field.
A few teams have 5 home games and a few have 7 home games due to the scheduling brackets.
16 If a game is postponed AFTER it starts, the two teams involved will be responsible for paying for the Umpire fee if the game is rescheduled.
17 There is ONE umpire scheduled per game.

19 The fee includes baseballs and one umpire per game.
